Professionalization

The program Intellectus Omnis has the mission of combating and eradicating functional illiteracy, educational deficit and school dropout in its age groups, by guaranteeing equal opportunities for qualified education, contributing to intellectual training and secondary technical professional education (EPTNM) of the student, with a view to building a more fair, democratic and inclusive society.

Its objective is the professional training, training and/or academic qualification of the student, in order to promote their protagonism in society, as part of the solution to humanity's challenges. It is based on the student's intellectual development and secondary-level technical specialization, through free access to excellent education, from Elementary II, Secondary Education and Professional and Technological Education Centers, managed by partner educational institutions, in regions of large urban densities and/or low human development index – HDI.

Range

Socioeducational

The program Intellectus Omnis will transform the reality and future of thousands of teenagers and young people aged 11 to 18, from different social, cultural and economic classes, by promoting, in depth, the student's intellectual and technical-professional training, allowing them to enter the market of qualified work and, consequently, their professional and economic advancement.

Aiming to prepare the student for an academic and professional career, the Centers for Elementary Education II, Secondary Education and Professional and Technological Education will provide optional subjects (also known as electives), scientific initiation and practical activities, duly guided by tutors. Furthermore, interdisciplinary post-high school preparation classes and guidance on the job market, college options, technical courses, entrepreneurship and careers, with a focus on the academic-professional future; everything depending on your aptitude.

Extension and

Program Locations

The High School and Professional and Technological Education Centers will be implemented preferably in locations assisted by the Program My First House or in other locations, depending on analysis and evaluation of the socio-educational reach.

According to the technical-professional training itinerary, professional training/qualification will be provided, in a full period of 10 hours, with classes from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and in a period of 7 hours, with two shifts: one from 7 am to 2 pm, and the other from 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Medium-level technical professional education ranges from medium-level technical professional qualifications (EPTNM), as intermediate exits, to the corresponding professional qualification of the mid-level technician.

It also includes secondary-level technical specialization, which professionally complements the training itinerary planned and offered by the institution.

Secondary-level technical professional education courses and programs are organized along technological axes, enabling flexible, diversified and updated training itineraries, according to the interests of the subjects and possibilities of the educational institutions, observing the standards of the respective system and level of education for the modality of EPTNM.
